Insignia is a contractor on a number of Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts and General Service Administration Federal Supply Schedules (FSS).

These vehicles allow Federal agencies convenient, efficient access to a predetermined list of qualified vendors to expedite the procurement of services. Benefits include:

VAVRM Veterans Relationship Management (VRM) Information Technology Solutions and Support Services (ITSS) program is designed to provide the capabilities required to achieve on-demand access to comprehensive Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) services and benefits in a consistent, user-centric manner through a multi-channel customer relationship management approach.
   
SEAPORT SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management.

Insignia is a certifiedService Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and can work with Contracting Officers to meet their small business or service disabled veteran owned small business targets.

Agency Contracting Officers have the authority to reserve procurements to achieve a goal of at least 3% of all contracting opportunities to be awarded to SDVOSB’s IAW Executive Order 13360. Contracting officer may award a sole source or set aside contract (13 C.F.R. 125.19 and 125.20) or take advantage of the simplified acquisition procedures (FAR Part 13), awarding contracts up to $5M.
